P&P starts at only £1.50 and will not exceed £3 no matter how much you buy!

Overseas postage

All customers outside of the UK must pay an additional charge of £2 on your order, to cover extra shipping charges.

Simply add the *International Shipping* voucher to your basket before checking out.

Estimated delivery times

All orders placed using the online cart are usually posted the next working day.
If there are any delays I will contact you via email to let you know.

Mainland deliveries can take 2-3 working days to arrive.
Airmail deliveries take an estimated 7-14 days depending on location

Please note that orders payed via Postal Order will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Therefore there may be a significant delay.

Returns

Should you be unhappy with your item, return it unworn within 14 days of receiving for refund of purchase price.
Please email us with the reason for your return before you send back your package. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Returned items must be in the same condition as sold.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene.
